Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM CST, will be shipped once the credit card authorization goes through. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 1-2 days for proccessing. If it is a holiday season please be patient with us, we have not forgotten about you.

Social Media orders are eligible for exchange ONLY if they are received by the Branded team within 14 days of the original ship date. We will accept items that are un-worn, un-altered, with the original tags attached and a sales receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your item is received, please allow 10 business days for processing. Online orders can be returned in-store, still within the 14 day allowance for exchange only.
In-store purchases are eligible for return up to 7 days after your purchase with the original receipt. Purchases made with a credit card must be refunded back to the original card used. All purchases are eligible for exchange or store-credit up to 14 days after the purchase date. All returned items must be un-worn, un-altered, and un-washed with the original tags attached. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
